This makes for a great hip hop instrumental. I imagine some aggressive rap vocals and it shines nicely!
Great work!

Thanks LunyAlex!

This would work splendidly in a game; I imagine an atmospheric 2D platformer.

Chemiqals responds:

Haha, that's awesome! I was just thinking that your song "Razors" would make for a bad ass theme in a fighting game! Thanks for listening!

Fantastically atmospheric. The vocals are particularly great. Really love the effects on them, to the point where I'd ask how they were achieved, but I respect an artist's privacy regarding his methods.

Lich responds:

Haha, it's fine I can tell you how I've done them:

Main Vocals (Industrial Fry)
1 - Record the vocals, it can either be done in two ways as either full on Fry Vocals (which are easier to work with which I have been doing alot more recently) or if you can't do that, a strained whispering shall work as well (more distortion would be required to get Whispering to work for this).
2 - Once vocals are recorded, apply the Distortion first. My Two favorites which I use for this is Ohmforce's Ohmidide and Adobe Audition's Distortion unit working together. Distort it, so it sounds Powerful and sharp but not impossible to hear the actual lyrical wording.
3 - Apply Pitch Shifting to it. Taking it down alittle bit, tune it to the key you are trying to sing in and reduce the wet/dry to around 50%, down from 100%.
4 - EQ anything which sounds out of place out. Usually if done correctly you won't have to do much other than cancel out some of the higher frequencies (I use Waves DeEsser to do this super quickly).
5 - Apply some Light Compression to glue it down sligthly. Not too fussy on what is used, the nicer the better.

(Robotic-ish) Dialogue Parts
1 - Record the Dialogue and then load up AVOX Mutator and make the 'Thoat Length' option set to around 1.15 (for a longer, deeper sound)
2 - Apply AVOX Harmony Engine to the Recording and fiddle around around with the different bands and parameters untill you are happy with the sound you like. Pretty simplistic compared to editing fry.

Great progression. Has a very "timeless"/forever-going vibe to it. Very delicate melodies and an upbeat rhythm.
Also love the synths used.

5/5

Jolly good show! Entertaining, vibrant and colorful.

This pretty much made my day.

Yup.

My day has been made.

This was fantastically well composed. And it being acapella kept a nice grin on my face during the whole time, as I imagine it fitting some sort of high quality sadistic comedy animation.

Great stuff. 5/5.

camoshark responds:
