I'm seeing the intro sequence of something depicting the morning of a cartoonish videogamey town.
Camera follows the protagonist, sometimes moving to a secondary town-related element from the backdrop, then returns on the main character.

Great composition, progression and atmosphere!

Really cool guitar melody! And indeed the hybridization with chiptune worked quite well.
Very upbeat everything.

I almost sense a slight celtic riverdancey vibe in that electric guitar.
