Delightful! Pretty complex vibes here. A touch of mystery. A bit of melancholy. Hope, too. Chill. Timeless.

Great track! Good luck!

TheMoebiusProject responds:

Thank you very much! I get a lot more inspired when unhappy. But hey, the result makes it all better. That's why I love making music!

The riffs crush walls and the melodies are very spacial and serene. A very cosmic vibe indeed. That progressive final section is damn near perfect.

Beautiful work and good luck!

I find this to be splendidly delicate. I also very much enjoy the progression!
Awesome work!

Thank you very much! You always leave the best descriptions in your reviews! ^_^

Great tune!

Love the way it open ups at 1:08. Very atmospheric and surreal.

So I'm looking through previous NGADM threads because 2014 is my first one, right? To see what's what.

Well, I know this isn't in particularly good taste, but:
Hoooooooooooly Shiiiiiiiiiiiiieeeeeeeet!

Jakey-San responds:

Thanks man! Although I'm really kind of ashamed of this piece. Out of all the other music I wrote before and after, this one was sort of a step backwards.

A Pop-To-Metal cover of this quality is extremely rare.

5/5 - Would go out clubbing to this so hard.

PirateCrab responds:

6/5 - Would kiss you on the bum

SSSUUUUWWWWWEEEEEEEEEEEEE

5/5 - One of the best metal sounds I've heard. Production is top notch. What do you plug those guitars into?

Anyway, superb material!

PirateCrab responds:

Eyyyyyyyyyy what a guy! Many thanks dude :D

They're plugged into a Pod HD 500 which runs straight into my DAW. Bit of EQ'ing and a tad reverb added and that's that. Worth the time spent figuring it out though!

I'm imagining ghetto Mario making his way through a level Urban Dance Style, with his intimidatingly looking gang right behind him, chanting all the way.

5/5 - Ghetto Mario

Oh look, another contestant to fear. *sigh*

This is fantastic. Delicate, fragile, youthful.

Very tense and menacing. Loving this! Great production as well. Hits hard.

Jay-Turner responds:

Thanks very much :) I'm happy you like it! I'm glad that you mention tension. When I was composing it I imagined the tension as one 'elludes the juggernaut'.
